Casa Glenda is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From Casa Glenda you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Crete Senesi and of the greenery. Casa Glenda is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Asciano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Glenda from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Glenda you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Casa Glenda is along a 5.5-kilometer (3.4-mile) unpaved road.

Casa Glenda is located in a large country house divided into 8 apartments.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
