Cozy apartment with outdoor spaces, in Cala de Flores, a few steps from the Marina of Porto Cervo and a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, boasts a large furnished veranda with dining area surrounded by plants and flowers: a perfect space to enjoy moments in the open air. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a single sofa bed, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven. The sleeping area features a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



Guests will benefit from comforts such as a washing machine and iron.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15 September. A swimming cap could be required.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer that has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.

The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Principe Beach.
