Welcome to our homey apartment nestled in the heart of Arusha. Situated right on the sidewalk of a bustling bus stand, our fully furnished and hotel inspired apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and maximum comfort for couples, families or friends.
Experience the best of both worlds with us in Arusha â a city-stay with the convenience of a central location offering tranquility from mountain views from the balconies.
THE PROPERTY
The apartment features two hotel-style spacious bedrooms offering a relaxing ambiance, each equipped with its own ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and a third restroom in the hallway for your guest.
Our kitchen is modern, spacious and equipped with all basic appliances to make family size meals.
A very homey living room-dining area.
We have Wi-Fi throughout the listing and a smart Tv so you can unwind & catch up on your favorite shows.
The apartment accommodates up to four guests comfortably, and we even provide a crib for those traveling with a small baby (Please request this during booking).
Immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere and modern amenities that make our space a home away from home.
GUEST ACCESS
Everything one would need is within the apartment. However, guests have access to a shared laundry room and drying ropes found on the top floor of the building with enough washing machines, so you don't have to wait for another guest.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*On the left side of this apartment, there is currently construction going on up-close. The city-view is currently replaced by the site views. This is seen from the kitchen mostly and dining area. From the balcony you can still see Mt Meru on the far left.
* We provide cleaning every other day.
* Hot water is available; however, heaters are centrally controlled.
In the peak hours we use electricity to heat water & in between we use solar heaters so the temperature might be slightly cooler.
