This charming southwestern architectural style home is equidistant between Taos and the Taos Ski Valley (approximately a 10-mile drive to each) and a quarter-mile from the village of Arroyo Seco. Admire the stars in a clear night sky from your private flagstone backyard, which has been conveniently furnished with 6 Adirondack chairs and 3 end tables, an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, and a bubbly hot tub. There is nothing like relaxing and soothing your muscles in the hot tub while observing the starry night sky.

Inside, you and your beloved group can enjoy close to 180-degree mountain views from almost every room. The living room has tall ceilings and exposed wood beams throughout, adding a rustic touch to your stay. Unwind with your friends while snuggling up on any of the sofas and share a fun conversation or head over to the second living area where a comfortable sofa and a smart TV will be waiting for you. Folks who need to work from home will be happy to know this home features a beautiful desk and chair located in the great room. The open kitchen offers every major and small appliance needed to prepare delicious meals and snacks for the gang - it's also complete with not one, but two coffee makers for coffee lovers (drip and Keurig). The adjoining dining table will be perfect for more formal meals as it seats up to six people comfortably.

The main bedroom, furnished with a California king bed, is separate from the other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two (2) twin beds, the two twin beds can be converted into a king bed if desired. the home offers direct access to the backyard and hot tub including an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms are near each other and share access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is an additional half bathroom as well.

The fireplace is not available for guest use
The two twin beds can be converted into a king bed if desired.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Best parts included the mountain views, privacy, proximity to Taos Ski Village, the hot tub, the heated floors, the spacious house and great value, the southwest style of the house, and a fully stocked house with everything we needed.

Beautiful home, terrible management

Gorgeous mountain home with beautiful views, great location, awesome layout. Unfortunately, when we arrived the bathrooms were not clean - MANY bugs, moths, spiders (both dead and alive) all over tub and sink in the secondary bathroom. Unacceptable! We called Vacasa property management right away, and though they said they had contacted the local team to come out and fix it, absolutely nothing was done over the 4 days we stayed there, even with multiple follow-up. Very disappointed. We booked this luxury 3 bed 2 bath for 3 people, a special trip for mom's 70th birthday, and we had to invade mom's bathroom for the stay. Not what we had intended. The rest of the house was spotless. Location is ideal, close to many great restaurants. This is the 2nd Vacasa managed home I have stayed at with cleaning issues. Beware!!

Great House for Family Reunion

Family gathered from 3 points in the U.S. for a weekend family reunion/major birthday celebration. The home was beautiful and well cared for, and the back porch/mountain views were special. Our only hiccup was: Master bedroom lights/sockets didn't work. I called the property manager and they said they'd send a team that morning to check if it was a breaker issue. They never arrived nor did they check back in. That was disappointing. We ended up finding the breaker box on our own and solved the problem ourselves. Customer service/communication could have been better.

Amazing house

This house was amazing. It was large and had a great floor plan. The view of the mountains from the bedroom, living room and the hot tub was beautiful! We loved this place and will be staying here again if at all possible.

Gorgeous but not perfect

Gorgeous home and views, very comfortable, loved that it was walking distance to the lovely little town of Arroyo Seco. Overall home was clean but lots of spots missed in bathrooms and kitchen (hair in shower drain, moldy shower longer, pots and pans cabinet very dirty) and a bunch of things didn't work (windows didn't close once you opened them, sink garbage disposal broken, toilet plugged right away). For the price, it should have been very clean and everything should have worked. I also don't love communicating with Vacasa. They give you rote responses via the vrbo app and tell you to communicate with their property manager via their vacasa app, which i didn't want to do (it's an extra step that is inconvenient). Unlike dealing with individual property owners, everything is all business. We asked about a late checkout but we're told that even if it were an option, it would be an additional cost. Very different from the place we just stayed at that was individually managed and much cheaper and offered us early check in at no cost, without us even asking. Also we didn't receive check out information until about 1 hour before check out time. I am going to try to avoid staying at a vacasa home in the future for all these reasons.

Spacious Home, Rural Setting

This spacious home was adequately stocked to meet the stays of our needs. Mountain views from both sides of this property! We enjoyed watching the sunrise with mountain views while drinking our coffee each morning and soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventuring. Would recommend finding this property in the daylight. It's a short distance from the main road, turn right after the shed to find.
