Heart of Seco - Arroyo Seco Convenience

Welcome to a comfortable home in the heart of Arroyo Seco, an enchanting artisan mountain Village.

A sweet little place with lots of light and comfort, lovingly renovated and perfect for a carefree getaway in the heart of historic artisan village of Arroyo Seco. The home is comprised of one large primary bedroom with comfortable queen bed, a twin trundle bed room, and third sleeping space off the living area with a couch/full futon sleeping space and smart TV. There are two full hall baths, one with shower and the other with tub/shower combo. The spacious living room features a sectional sofa, coffee table, and two seats with footstools. The dining table seats 4 but there are two spare dining chairs in the futon room incase you need to seat a few more. The kitchen is simple, but well appointed and stocked for basic cooking and baking with a 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, drip and french press coffee makers, and full sized fridge. A full size washer and dryer fit neatly in a laundry closet. All needed kitchen, bath and laundry amenities are provided. The sun room area is just off the kitchen, and this is the perfect spot for sunny cat naps, cups of tea with a favorite read, or when you have to stay home and work on the computer while your mates are out playing in nature.
