Three levels of living allow ultimate privacy for all sized groups. The master bedroom offers golf course views while the second and third bedrooms offer Arnolds Park Amusement Park and West Lake Okoboji lake views. The property provides a main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct patio access to watch the golfers on Emerald Hills Golf Course. The second level provides a luxurious kitchen space with expansive kitchen island and table seating a total of 10 guests. The outdoor table on the second level patio can seat an additional 6 guests for outdoor eating. The living room amenities include a 75" smart TV, fireplace, lounge seating for 6 and lake views. The third level of the home offers a primary suite with King sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, and additional seating. The second bedroom on the third level provides a King sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, and full bathroom with shower/tub combination just outside the bedroom. On the landing between the two bedrooms is a dedicated workspace and laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer.

Explore Arnolds Park by foot, being in the heart of all action. Spend all day at Arnolds Park Amusement Park and then stroll down Broadway Street for the taste of the local life. There you'll find diverse dining and live entertainment. Shop the Queens Court and Emporium Shopping Center. Walk the lit promenade to Orbitz Mini Donuts, Okoboji Burrito, and Tropical Snow Cones. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, bathroom paper, a roll of paper towels, dish and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above welcome pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (Make arrangements for longer stays or if you think your group will need more than provided in the welcome pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
