Important Notice (Updated 3/25/26):
The private hot tub is currently unavailable due to repairs and is expected to be out of service for approximately 3 weeks. It will be returned and operational as soon as repairs are completed. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get it back up and running.

Important Seasonal Amenity Note:
Outdoor amenities such as the private hot tub are typically available May 10th through November 1st, weather permitting. However, depending on weather conditions, these amenities may be opened earlier in the season.

Nightly rates are adjusted seasonally, and pricing may vary depending on amenity availability.

The home includes an EF5 rated tornado and storm shelter in the garage.

~ Renters must be 25 years of age or older
~ Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed
~ The hot tub is currently unavailable due to repairs and is expected to be out of service for approximately 3 weeks. Once repaired, it is typically available May 10th through November 1st, weather permitting
~ Please no parking on the grass, per HOA regulations. The driveway allows parking for up to 3 vehicles, overflow and trailer parking is available near the Bridges Bay Resort parking lot.
~ Waterpark hours of operation may vary and are beyond the host’s control
~ Please verify hours on the Bridges Bay Resort website before booking
~ Passes are not available on the day of check-out unless preapproved
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking allowed outside with proper disposal
~ Pets allowed with prior approval and fee. Unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee
~ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
~ Do not move furniture
~ Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
~ Please follow all posted community and resort rules
