This home is perfect for a family vacation - whether you choose to gather on the spacious deck on summer evenings or gather around the wood-burning fireplace with a game or two. The comfort and charm of this property will make you feel at home the moment you arrive!

Camp Connell is a quiet neighborhood that's ideal for a relaxing mountain getaway. You'll be 22 miles southwest of Lake Alpine, which offers lovely beaches and recreation areas. You can also wander through the aptly named Calaveras Big Trees State Park (four miles southwest), hike the Arnold Rim Trail (nine miles southwest), and explore the wonders of the Mercer Caverns (19 miles southwest).

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a favorite movie on the large TV, or curling up by the crackling fireplace with a good book. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
