Welcome to the All A-bear-ican Cabin!

If you are looking for a hub for family fun, summer/winter adventures, or peace and have you covered! Conveniently located near Lake Alpine and Bear Valley Ski Resort, the All A-bear-ican Cabin is the perfect place to prepare for a sun-soaked day on any of the nearby lakes or an exciting day on the slopes.

The All A-bear-ican Cabin includes privileges at Big Trees Recreational Center (a private club) just 2 minutes away. Featuring 2 pools, tennis courts, frisbee golf, pickelball, basketball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a snack bar and more, Big Trees Rec Center is a great option for easy fun! In the winter we are just a 15-minute drive to a sledding park and a 30 minute drive to Bear Valley Ski Resort featuring ski lessons and rentals for all ages.

Whether you are returning from outdoor adventure, or choose to stay 'll find plenty of places in the cabin to cozy up with a good book and a glass of wine, or head downstairs to the game room where more fun awaits with an arcade-sized Buck Hunter and foosball table.

The upstairs double bunk bed room provides even the youngest guests a place to enjoy with a train/lego/ activity table and TeePee reading nook. The outdoor deck features ample seating for outdoor dining on the BBQ followed by S'mores on the fire pit, as you enjoy the serenity of the trees, the stars and all that Calaveras County has to offer! Your BEARy good time awaits at the All A-bear-ican Cabin!

Important Note: The maximum guest occupancy is 12 guests at any time. This rule is strictly enforced.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
