The Space:
Experience the spaciousness and comfort of Salty Haven. This ground-level villa offers a seamless flow between its rooms and spaces, there are no stairs in this unit, all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. Easy access and parking, hassle free. The primary bedroom, a private sanctuary, features a king-size bed, ocean views and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom, equally comfortable, also has a king-size bed with the second full bathroom in the hallway. The living room provides a welcoming shared space with a sectional sleeper sofa and linens provided. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, from a baking sheet to a blender, and includes a dining table for enjoying meals together. Outside, the patio or balcony offers a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal atmosphere and enjoy the sunset. As part of the Seascape Resort, guests have access to a communal pool, hot tub and 17 miles of coast to explore.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, pool deck towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Beach and bonfire supplies are available at the Village across the street or the grocery store.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, the North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!
With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Seascape provides everything to make your Santa Cruz lodging experience memorable, including a host of resort options and both free and paid amenities. It all adds up to being one of the best Monterey Bay resort destinations you'll experience.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig & a drip pot coffee maker with coffee pouches, pods & supplies to get your vacation started off right.

Pool towels are provided and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.

Concierge services, front desk services, access to staff driven golf carts are not available.

The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

$250 bonfires & $75 smores packages booked through the front desk are not available to private renters, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand (Seascape is one of the few California beaches that allows for open fires- supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. See the guest welcome binder for a list of grocery stores. Note: deliveries can be made to the unit.

Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa is accessible, access with your guest code.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

We love this condo. It is very clean which is much appreciated. We're able to sit under the covered patio and enjoy all our meals. It may not be a "full" ocean view, but the view you have is lovely and visible from the living area and bedroom. And its close enough to enjoy hearing the ocean waves. This was our 2nd time at this property, and we will be back.

So Easy & Nice

We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company.
