Maison Brederode Anvers

Completely renovated in January 2022, this brand new guesthouse for up tot 12 people is taking over the chique southern part of the city center! With a total of 250 square meters and incredible interior design, Maison Brederode Anvers is big asset to the SHWAY Collection and a unique experience for different groups to stay in and discover Antwerp from.

The total building consists out of four floors, with on each floor a separate apartment:
The ground floor apartment has one master bedroom, one bathroom, a big kitchen, a private patio and a spacious living area where the whole group up to 12 people can gather at the 3 meter long oak wooden table.
The first floor apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a balcony and a big living space. The master bedroom has a queen size boxspring bed and the second bedroom a built-in bunkbed for two.
The second floor apartment has also two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a big living space. This apartment has the exact same layout as the first floor apartment, with also a master bedroom with queen size boxspring bed and the second bedroom with a built-in bunkbed for two. The built-in bunkbeds are especially made for grownups, but super fun for children!
In the staircase between the second and third floor you can find the big roof terrace with sun all day long. The top floor apartment has also one bedroom, a big kitchen, a bathroom and living space.

All beds are boxspring beds and are made with Egyptian cotton linen, down pillows and big duvets.

All bathrooms are en-suite to the master bedrooms and have a big rain shower, one or two sinks, a toilet and are provided with shampoo & conditioner of Rituals Cosmetics.

All kitchens have a fridge and freezer, a combi-oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water kettle, cooking and table utensils and are provided with basic amenities such as dishwashing tablets, soap, olive oil, pepper&salt, coffee, tea and sugar.

Baby-chairs, baby beds, socket protection and a big toy box are available for children in the building.

This high-end residence with beautiful interior by interior designer Stekkie Amsterdam (Mariken Wiegerinck), is not just an Airbnb. The total package of the facilities, interior and service of SHWAY, will result in a unique Antwerp experience beyond a night of sleep. As we are responsible for guarding the quality of every stay of each guest of ours, we can only accept guests who will be responsible of our property and interior and who will respect our house rules.

This area of Antwerp is hot and happening!!! It belongs to the old and rich neighborhood 't Zuid, which now is known as a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of great great restaurants, high fashion and haute couture, amazing facades and architecture and the biggest and richest museum of Flanders: the KMSKA. Located in a quiet side street of this neighborhood, you will walk from this apartment within 5 minutes to the KMSKA, within 5 minutes to the Marnixplaats, within 10 minutes to the Nationalestraat and within 15 minutes to the Grote Markt and historic center of Antwerp.
You can also easily take trams and busses at the end of the street to Antwerp Central Station and to all other highlights and hotspots in the city.

You can park the car on the streets in this neighborhood for €5,- per day, only between 19:00 and 9:00hours, on official holidays and on Sundays you can park the car for free. Indigo Parking Nationale Bank (€14,- per 24hours) is located within 10 minutes walking distance. You can also easily take trams and busses at the end of the street to Antwerp Central Station and to all other highlights and hotspots in the city.
- No smoking inside the total building. Only outside it is allowed to smoke. We consider smoking out of the window also as smoking inside the building.
- Any type of drugs is strictly forbidden in and around the building.
- No pets allowed inside the total building.
- The total number of occupants may not exceed the quoted number.
- No parties and loud music in the total building.
