A cosy two-storey home, carefully designed with a distinct traditional feel, evident in its high wooden ceilings and rustic flooring. Upon entering the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant living-dining room equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Fuerteventura. The kitchen is integrated into this space, making everyday life more convenient. The bathroom is located on this same floor, featuring a practical shower and everything you need for your stay.

The stairs lead up to the first floor, dedicated entirely to relaxation. This space houses a spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed flanked by large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The bedroom opens directly onto a small private terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, an idyllic spot to enjoy views of the area’s volcanic landscape. Outside, the property features a shared area with wooden tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

Located in Triquivijate, a quiet village in the municipality of Antigua, the property offers an excellent location for exploring the island’s various attractions in comfort. Just a few minutes’ drive away are Caleta de Fuste and its beaches, shopping areas, restaurants and leisure activities. Thanks to its central location, it also provides easy access to both the north and south of Fuerteventura, making it an ideal base from which to explore the island.
