Just two steps from the sea, in a green and natural environment, surrounded by pine trees and the villas of Cap d'Antibes, you will find the very pleasant apartment house on the ground floor with direct access to the community pool. It includes a private and intimate garden of 50 m2 plus a private terrace of 65 m2 with views of the sea and the pine trees. It also includes a parking space inside the residence. This apartment house is located in a villa divided into 6 apartments with a shared pool.

Two minutes from the house you can go to the sea with its beautiful rocky outcrops to enjoy a little privacy. Otherwise you can go to Garoupe beach (8 minutes walk). Here there is a public beach and a private beach (sun loungers and three restaurants) you will also find beach clubs. Right there, on Garoupe beach, is the entrance to the Sentier del Litoral promenade, a charming 45-minute walk to admire the sea, the rocky outcrops, with a view towards Canes and ending the walk in the wonderful millionaires bay. Old Antibes and its Provençal market and restaurants are 12 minutes away by bike. Juan les Pins is also 3 km away. From the the flat there are many cities and towns to visit by car or train. Within an hour or less you have cities such as Canes (20 min), Nice (30 min), Saint Paul de Vince, Grace, Fez, Menton, Monaco and more.



The flat has two bedrooms. The first is a the main bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom just renewed in béton cirée. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200). It also has a second bathroom with a shower that corresponds to the second bedroom and for the guests. It has a living/dining room with television and a well-equipped open-style kitchen just renewed. From the kitchen/living room there is access to the private and intimate garden (out of the eyes of the neighbors) of 50 m2 with direct access to the pool. In the garden you can eat outdoors, relax with nature, have an aperitif or take a reading break during the day. At night you can relax in the garden with its soft light, observe the contrast of the pine trees with the blue sky or take a book to finish your day.

To go up to the private 65 m2 terrace located on the roof, you can do it from the kitchen staiars or from the stairs in the garden. On this terrace you have two sun loungers, a bar table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning with a view to the sea or an aperitif in the afternoon.

The apartment has fiber internet, air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, television with Disney Channel and Chromecast to stream your favorite programs from your mobile.


Within walking distance there is a small "grocery store" offering fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning, as well as some good restaurants.
