*You may be able to check in up to 3 hours early. Please call or text my husband Rob so that we can make sure our housekeeper is finished.
*At this time, we do not offer late check out. Sanitation is important to us, and we like to make sure our housekeeper has plenty of time to get everything done. Do your best to check out as close to 10AM as possible.

SMOKING ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOME IS PROHIBITED. Please be considerate to your host, the housekeeper and our next guests. A $350 cleaning fee will be issued if the house smells like marijuana or cigarettes when my house keeper arrives. This is because additional cleaning, extra time and an ozone machine will be required, possibly delaying our next guest.

Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest" any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee.

If you encounter an issue during your stay, we will address and resolve it as quickly as possible. However, compensation will not be provided as an alternative to fixing the issue. Please text or call my husband Rob 4109997916.

No parties or events are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refunds if this rule is not followed. Please consider the points below.
