Inside, the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is cozy and inviting—thoughtfully furnished for comfort and ease. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay for up to 4 guests: a well-stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and cozy spaces to unwind after a day of exploring.

Step out back onto the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee or gather for dinner at the picnic table surrounded by open yard and trees. With plenty of driveway parking and a rare sense of privacy so close to town, this spot blends small-town serenity with big-city convenience—perfect for a quiet getaway, work trip, or visit with family.

This home requires approximately 18 steps to get from the driveway to the front door, so guests with mobility issues should take heed.

Once inside, the home features original hardwood floors throughout, a decorative fireplace (for show only), a dining room with seating for 4, a kitchen with newer appliances and all the basics, a recently updated bathroom with a stylish walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, as well as a private office area - perfect for working remotely.
