The Space
As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by calming coastal interiors, natural textures, and comfortable furnishings designed to help you unwind.
The primary bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and cozy sitting area, creating a restful retreat after a day exploring Annapolis.

The living room offers: • Comfortable seating for relaxing • Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows • Cozy reading nook • Full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area provides a comfortable space to gather, dine, or plan your next adventure.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked beneath a custom live-edge wood and epoxy countertop.

Important Safety Notice
Use of bicycles, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and any recreational equipment is entirely voluntary and at the guest's own risk.
By choosing to use these amenities, guests acknowledge and agree that:
• Stay Barefoot Annapolis and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or death resulting from use of the equipment. • Guests assume all risks associated with cycling, kayaking, water activities, transportation, weather conditions, and equipment use. • Guests are responsible for determining their own abilities and exercising appropriate caution. • All recreational equipment is for use of adukts 18 years old and older • Guests agree to inspect equipment before use and discontinue use if any item appears unsafe or damaged.

Use of any recreational equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Outdoor Areas
Barefoot Cottage includes access to the outdoor dining table and chairs located adjacent to the cottage entrance, providing a pleasant space to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening glass of wine.

Please note that the outdoor kitchen, grilling area, upper deck, and associated lounge spaces are reserved for the private use of the main house and are not included with Cottage reservations.

⚠️ The cottage is located on the second floor and is accessed by a steep staircase with 13 steps. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this before booking.

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. • Parking for ONE vehicle only. • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • No smoking or vaping inside the cottage or on the property. • Pets are welcome but must be disclosed during booking and cleaned up after. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. • Use of bicycles, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and other recreational equipment is entirely at the guest's own risk.
