Relax after a fun Annapolis day in this well-appointed and spacious home. Centrally located in peaceful Murray Hill, minutes to downtown Annapolis. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch swing and grill on the peaceful patio. You'll be a short walk to brunch, happy hour, lunch, and dinner at Annapolis' best spots on West/Main Streets, ~1 mile walk to USNA and historic downtown Annapolis!
The Space:
This historic 1911 home is brimming with character, updated thoughtfully with functionality and all the amenities to make you feel at home. Sited on a corner lot with beautiful afternoon natural light shining through the windows, the main floor is the heart of this home, boasting an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a patio entrance from the kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining, both indoor and outdoor. Guests will enjoy the privacy of four bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms on the second and third floors and a half bath conveniently located on the first floor. Enjoy game day weekends, boat shows, or just a weekend (or week!) away in beautiful and comfortable surroundings fit for a family or a group.

Murray Hill is one of Annapolis' cornerstone neighborhoods, walk along lovely tree-lined streets with beautiful, historic homes and enjoy neighborhood restaurants and shops- Sailor Oyster Bar, Curate, and Miss Shirley's, to name a few!

Getting Around:
Park affordably in the Knighton garage at the end of our street and take the "Magenta Bus" from the end of the street to Downtown Annapolis- it's free and will bring you right downtown periodically throughout the day! More details on "Visit Annapolis" website. We recommend parking in the garage since you risk a ticket if you park on the street during the day. You can park on the street for up to 2 hours per day from 8 am to midnight, and you can park for free on the street from midnight to 8am- please comply with posted signs to avoid a ticket.

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.
If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.
In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.
* It typically takes ~1 hour to screen a guest after they book this property and could take several hours if we are busy before we are able to provide them with check-in information.

Guest Count & Occupancy Policy
Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:
-4 bedroom units: $50 per guest, per night after 8 guests
Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs, cats, or other animals may have stayed in the space previously.
Pet fees:
$30 per night, per pet
$150 per week, per pet
$300 per month, per pet
Pet fees are included in the accommodation rate as long as you choose the appropriate quantity of pets when completing a booking. We confirm this with all guests post booking confirmation.
Local Reservation Policy
Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.

Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
