The Space
Sea La Vie was designed for the dreamers — those who pause for the view, linger over coffee on the terrace, and savor quiet evenings under the stars. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home offers modern coastal design, resort-style amenities, and soft transitions between indoor and outdoor living.

With expansive living areas, multiple balconies, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the island, Gulf, and bay, every level of this home is an invitation to relax and reconnect.

Bedrooms are designed as private sanctuaries:
- Primary King Suite (Top Floor): Expansive private retreat with a walk-in closet, spa-inspired bathroom, and direct access to a covered terrace.
- King Guest Suite (Main Level): Includes an en-suite bathroom for comfort and convenience.
- Custom Bunk Room (Main Level): Two full-over-full bunk beds create a playful and functional space for kids or groups.

Layout Overview
- Ground Level: Game room with pool table, TV, and bonus lounge area that opens to the pool and outdoor living space.
- Main Level: Open living, dining, and kitchen areas; screened lanai; king guest suite; bunk room; powder bath; and laundry room.
- Top Floor: Primary king suite with private terrace, en-suite bathroom, and direct rooftop deck access.
- Rooftop Deck: Sweeping 360° views of the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, and the iconic Skyway Bridge.

Outdoor Living
Outside, Sea La Vie feels like your own private resort. The heated saltwater pool and spa feature cascading waterfalls framed by tropical landscaping. A spacious travertine deck offers areas for lounging, dining, and relaxing in the shade or sunshine.

The screened lanai extends from the living area, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee or alfresco dining. For family fun, the indoor/outdoor bonus space offers a pool table and TV overlooking the pool — ideal for relaxing afternoons or evening games.

When the day slows, climb to the rooftop deck to watch the sunset over the Gulf or stay awhile to stargaze as the island quiets down.

Policies

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Booking & Fee Policy
Include all guests and pets in your reservation request for accurate pricing. Additional fees apply for extra occupancy (over 2 guests per bedroom) or undeclared pets.

Optional Services (subject to approval)
Early check-in/late departure, elevator access, and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 28+ days. Fees for approved add-ons are collected after booking.

Elevator Note
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience; however, please note that elevator operation is dependent on third-party service providers. In the event the elevator becomes inoperable during your stay, repair timelines cannot be guaranteed, and stairs will be required for access to upper levels.

Reservations & Guest Requirements
Most stays are 7 nights, Saturday–Saturday, though flexible dates may be available outside peak/holiday weeks—confirm before booking, as changes are not always possible afterward. Guests must be 25+, provide valid ID, and remain for the full stay. Standard occupancy is 2 per bedroom; extra guests are $25/person/night up to the maximum allowed.

Quiet Hours
10 PM–8 AM. Maintain reasonable noise at all times to respect neighbors; excessive noise is not permitted.

Cleaning & Linens
Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. Starter amenities provided; daily service available for a fee. Stays of 28+ days require a mid-stay clean. Linens/towels are commercially laundered through our Professional Linen Program; no extra sets stored onsite.

Golf Cart Rentals
Explore the island with ease! After booking, reserve a golf cart through our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, and enjoy an exclusive discount available only to our vacation rental guests.

Pool & Spa
Pool heated year-round to 82–85°F; heating may be affected by cooler weather. Heaters/filters off during quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM). Spa, if available, is part of the pool, seasonal, not a commercial hot tub, and may be unavailable in summer. Guests may not adjust equipment; violations may result in fines or damages.

Property Security
Exterior cameras may monitor entries, driveways, pool equipment, and backyard access for security, deliveries, and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.

Deposit
- Reservations up to 20 days: 50% of total amount due at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
- Reservations up to 20 days: Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy
For Reservations of 20 Days or Less
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit (including taxes) minus non-refundable booking administration fee.
- 14–29 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of total rental, fees, and taxes, minus non-refundable booking administration fee.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: Refunds only for base rental rate, fees, and taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus non-refundable booking administration fee.
- Please note: While we make every effort to rebook, we cannot guarantee the same rate or number of nights. For any nights that cannot be re-rented, as well as for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, or alterations resulting in lost revenue, no refunds or price adjustments will be made.

Travel Insurance
CSA Travel Insurance is available to U.S. guests (except NY and HI residents) and is strongly encouraged to protect your trip from unforeseen events. No refunds are given for COVID-19, weather, or beach conditions outside our cancellation policy. Hurricane season runs June 1–Nov 30; insurance can safeguard your plans. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, home unavailability, or government order halting vacation rentals, guests receive a full refund of base rate, applicable fees (minus booking fee), and taxes.

Additional Terms
No refunds for events beyond our control (weather, red tide, travel issues, etc.). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the registered guest—phone/text not accepted.

Absolutely beautiful!!

This home exceeded my expectations by far!! Me and my 8 year old had the most amazing time!! The house was so stunning that we spent the majority of our time enjoying the home, the private outdoor space, the colorful pool and relaxing in the spa!! The two of us felt like we lived like queens while there. The views were incredible and proximity to the beach was a short two min walk in one direction and 5-10 in the other. The rental came with a credit for beach gear so we got to explore on beach bikes and relaxed in the sand on easy to carry folding beach chairs!! The beach rental business was accommodating as they delivered our beach gear and bikes before our arrival and promptly responded to my request anddelivered a replacement bike with an adjustable seat. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to start our vacation immediately upon our arrival! All we needed was groceries and we were set!! The beds, pillows and bedding were all so soft and comfortable. We slept well!! We can’t wait to visit again!! We highly recommend this home!! Thank you so much to the owners!!
