Welcome to Sea Haven, a spacious and inviting 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home just three houses from the Gulf beach. Designed for large families and groups, this home offers plenty of room to relax, connect, and enjoy the best of Anna Maria Island.

The open, airy layout provides comfortable spaces for everyone, from the bright living areas to the screened porch perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, practice your putting skills on the putting green, or challenge friends to a Foosball match in the game room. With multiple sleeping arrangements, Sea Haven makes it easy for families to stay together while still having their own space.

Spend your days lounging on the beach, just a short stroll away, or explore the island's charming shops and restaurants via the free Island Trolley. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, Sea Haven is the perfect home base for your Anna Maria getaway.

-The fireplace in the living room is not operational.
-As of March 2025, the amazing Banyan trees pictured at the front of the house are dormant to recover from the effects of hurricanes Helene and Milton that impacted the Island October 2024. They are expected to make a full recovery!

PETS: NO PETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Members of the owner's family have severe allergies.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

*Note that the garage is owner-use only and is not available for parking.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This home was amazing! It was beautiful and spacious and the location is perfect, steps from the beach, some shops and restaurants within walking distance and close to a shuttle stop. (We did not have a great experience with the free Island shuttle, though.) The host was communicative and quick to respond when we had a question. There were plenty of amenities (towels, dishes, etc.) and it was nice to have beach items like chairs and a wagon available to use. We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely return.

This place was incredible!! We loved the layout and how spacious the home was, cozy beds, stocked kitchen, pool, beach vicinity, and really just everything about it!! We’d come back in a heartbeat. Only thing we weren’t thrilled about was that after it rained every day, the mosquitos by the pool were HORRENDOUS. Like 10 on my daughter’s leg at a time. Hope that’s fixable because the rest of the day was pleasant!One of the fan light chains broke the first day we were there so we called the property management team and they arrived within 15 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Heavenly Stay at Sea Haven

This house and location were absolutely perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. Everyone had ample space and privacy in the house (good sound insulation from one area to another), the common areas were spacious and well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. We only had one child with us and she loved having her pick of all the bunk beds. The beach access was two houses away, and we noticed that the stretch of beach it led to was relatively quiet -- if we looked right or left, the beach was more crowded, but our spot was always open. Having a pool with some shade for afternoon relaxation when we'd had enough sun was also lovely. We would love to return next year.

We had an excellent stay at Sea Haven. The house beautiful, well stocked and close to the beach. The house was clean and the kids loved the pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for making our first trip to Anna Maria Island an amazing one. We will be back.

Perfect balance of privacy and fun

Quiet neighborhood on a famous street that is located 50 steps to the Trolly and 50 steps to the beach! The heated pool and spa were well laid out and plenty big for our family of 7 adults and 1 child. We could ride North or South in minutes to patronize the local restaurants. Overall, a great find!
