Very comfortable dwelling, spacious, and super clean! Great outdoor spaces too - front porch and back deck. And perfect location! Only issue is that we wish we were warned about the construction next door to our unit. Very noisy from 7:30am to 4:30pm weekdays!

Perfect location, nice quiet complex

The location is perfect, only a few house away from a beautiful beach. 2 Blocks from quaint "main street" Pine street. Easy walk to wonderful restaurants. At the northern tip of the Island, traffic is low in town and does not have the party vibe. Unit is well maintained, quiet, with a nice pool for a few unit. Rental firm was incredible response in all aspects. Although traffic more southern in the island and getting on/off can be frustrating, we visited Selby Gardens in Sarasota, historical Cortez Village and Armaund Cirlce shops and eateries and easy found urgent subspecialty medical care in Sarasota, a major medical center. Water tours/activities are plentiful. The non refundable deposit/payments policy needs to be considered and we bought broad cx. policy to balance this risk. Strongly considering repeating the experience.

114 steps to a fantastic beach!

This place exceeded our expectations. The propery was an old bungalow style condo, but exceptionally clean. When we arrived the coffee maker didn't work and the old blender struggled with crushing the ice for Margaritas. I contacted AMI and we went to the beach. When we returned a few hours later we had a brand new coffee maker and brand new very nice blender. We made very good use of both during our time there. If we could afford it, we would be full time residents. Thanks again for a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island! 😀

Overall the place is great. Nice hot water in the shower. Clean and kitchen is nicely stocked. Our only issue was Master TV wasn’t working . There are cracks in the floors in all rooms which I’m not sure from what and scary to see. Also the AC is loud in the second bedroom. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned as well. Plenty of towels and lots of things to do on the island

Location , location, location!

We loved every minute of our stay! Perfectly located, clean and quaint. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be to equip each unit with a beach umbrella and some beach chairs. The ones available on the property were not in the best shape.

Property was exactly as stated. Location was perfect, beach block. Restaurants within walking distance and overall flat was perfect size with nice private deck with a bistro table and chairs for evening sitting. Pool was definitely a nice bonus for windy beach days.

Sand and a sea beach flats was fabulous. Close to beach without crossing a busy street. Pool was very beautiful and side yard with Cornhole game was nice addition. Will try to stay here again sometime in the future.

Property was great!

Our rental was great for our family of 3 including my daughter and mother! It was well equipped with bath towels and beach towels and all linens. We are use to rentals where we need to bring our own towels and sheets and we didn't need to bring anything! There were also beach chairs/toys and pool floats, however we brought our own. :) The pool was perfect for the couple of really windy days when we couldn't sit on the beach. It was also great to take a dip before heading in for the night! The agency was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip. We were thrilled to be within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was not far at all. This was our first trip to AMI and we will definitely return!
