Welcome to the Rum Cove Experience!

This magical home is a one-of-a-kind oasis 🌴 on a one-of-a-kind island located right in the heart of Anna Maria! Rum Cove is placed perfectly within walking distance to all the prime entertainment spots! You will find restaurants and so many fun little shops to check out on historic Pine Avenue, cute places to grab a cup of java, donut or waffle and of course the many beach entrances are all just steps out your front door.
Although so much is an easy stroll away, a golf cart and bicycles are also provided for exploring the City of Anna Maria. 🚲

We believe that one of the most important parts of a rental home is comfort, and this home will not disappoint. Rum Cove, just recently (2020), upgraded to a new state-of-the-art cooling system. This system is equipped with a Space Pak Air Conditioning System for the entre home plus personalized climate control units for each individual bedroom. No more arguing over who wants to sleep cool or who wants it a bit warmer! It’s all at your control!

With a resort style feel and plenty of unique places to relax and have fun, it is impossible to feel crowded at Rum Cove. The upstairs entertainment room has a large 80" TV with surround sound for late night movies. Right outside the entertainment room you will see a shuffle board table designed for those intense games. It also has a den area downstairs great for games with the kids or just a place to read a good book. This home boasts five bedrooms with five king size beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master suite, on the ground level, comes with a steam shower while the upper master suite is equipped with a sauna.

The kitchen is equipped with two Sub Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers, an ice maker, Wolf oven, and plenty of cooking tools for in-home entertaining. Just step outside the kitchen to the pool deck and find a large area perfect for grilling out your favorite burgers, brats or steaks. It comes complete with a large Weber grill, mini-fridge and prep sink. As we like to say...Grillin’ and chillin' is easy at Rum Cove! 🍔 If you’re the one chillin’ grab a seat and a glass and sit at the boat shaped bar to keep the cook company or grab a floaty and do some chillin’ in the waterfall rock formation pool. 💦At the end of the day it wouldn’t be complete without a soak in the hot tub which overlooks the pool, pure relaxation!

Worried about keeping up with your putting shot? No problem, Rum Cove is equipped with a putting green so your stroke won’t become rusty. For those with more of an adventurous spirit, just launch the provided paddle boards or kayak right off the floating dock that is located on the side of the house. 🐟🦈 You also may want to consider renting a boat since Rum Cove has a dock and boat lift located right out the back door on the canal that takes you directly into Tampa Bay within minutes. 😎

When the day is done, unwind on the upstairs patio that overlooks the pool area, turn on the fire pit, 🔥get comfy on the large sectional sofa and count the stars in the night sky.
