Your “Home Away from Home” welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and all the comforts you desire. Inside this aesthetically pleasing retreat, you’ll find a master suite with king size bed and smart tv, bathroom includes a shower and large soaking tub. The kids room has a set of twin beds with adjacent bathroom and the third room has a queen bed and smart tv. The main living area features a spacious chef’s kitchen, a soothing ocean-colored living and dining area with a sleeper sofa (full bed) and large screen smart tv. Enjoy your morning coffee on the second story deck surrounded by swaying palms. Enjoy your fresh catch on the gas grill and outdoor dining area.
Entertainment abounds in the awesome pool and spacious spa. Enjoy the poolside bar area featuring table tennis, large screen TV, and adjacent outdoor shower accommodations. Colorful tropical foliage frames the backyard secluding you from neighbors and temporarily transcending reality.

Great location for access to all the hot spots on the island - 2 blocks from Pine Ave shops & restaurants, public beaches at both ends of Tarpon, and only a few blocks from the main road that runs south to Holmes beach area. House was perfect for our party of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms are tiny and relatively close together but were only used for sleeping so didn’t really matter. Outdoor deck, pool/spa and bar area are great amenities. The palm trees and surrounding houses shield most of the sun and it was great having shade to sit and relax, but not ideal if you’re looking for heat and sun. It was great having bikes and beach equipment. Would definitely consider staying here again for the location.

Loved our stay here John was so easy to work with and communication was GREAT! Great property and close to everything we enjoyed. Beautiful memories were made here and we cannot wait to come back. Beach Bums rental was seriously right down the street which made it so easy to grab our golf cart to get around the Island.

Stayed here with family and it was wonderful. Great location located within 5-10 minute walk of the beach and shops/restaurants. The pool is amazing and we were in it continually. Last and maybe most important, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful!

This house had it all -- huge pool with outdoor lounging area. Plenty of sunny areas for me, plenty of shaded areas for kids. Also the house was well stocked and in a great location. We could walk to the coffee shop, stores, and of course, to the beach.We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay in Anna Maria Island

We absolutely loved our stay at Tarpon Point. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and we loved the wonderful layout of the home and great pool for our family. John helped to make sure we had a pack 'n play that was available for our stay. Great location to walk to the beach and Pine Ave. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island and especially for parking closer to Bean Point Beach! Would love to stay here again for any future trips to Anna Maria Island!

Property manager John was very easy to communicate with and made our stay even more enjoyable. House is located so you can walk to whatever you want. Pool is great and private with all the trees surrounding property.

Everything you need in the kitchen, pool toys, sunscreen/aloe, lots of room to spread out and relax! 2 blocks from all the fun on Pine Ave, our favorite restaurant the Waterfront, and 5 blocks to the beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect house for the entire family

We had a fabulous week. The house was amazing and the pool hot tub, bar and ping pong table were even better. Perfect house to keep all ages entertained for hours. The beach was beautiful it was our first time here and we will be back for sure !!

Great House, close to pine street

Just a 10 minute walk to the Gulf. Pool, hot tub and the amenities were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen. Would stay there again! 2 minute walk to Pine street where there is a general store, BBQ, Pizza and lots of Ice Cream to eat.

Beautiful home that was perfect for vacation spot with adult children! We walked to restaurants for dinner, did a fishing charter in the bay, biked around the island, and had Pina colada's at sunset on the beach. We loved the pool and the spa party! Home is well cared for and had all the accessories you would need for a beach vacation!

Beautiful House with an Great Location

The house was spacious and well maintained. The back deck/patio/pool area made us feel like we were in a private oasis. John was great to work with and answered all of our questions. The house is located on a quiet street and within walking distance to both the the bayside and the Gulf side of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

Your own tropical oasis

I don’t have one negative thing to say about this property. The pool area is amazing. Easy to walk to get to the beach, the pier, shopping, and eating. The home is kept extremely clean. The owner is very responsive. The property had everything that you would need. We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave.
