Pelican Lagoon boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, creating a private oasis for relaxation. There is also a desk for any work needs. Gather in the spacious, open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or enjoying a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for making memories.

Step outside and be enchanted by the large screened-in deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and a cozy sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a family meal in the fresh air. The heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip year-round. For beach days, we've got you covered with four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, a cooler, and a corn hole game for some extra fun.

PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

DOCK/BOATS: Dock is approximately 15ft. There are low bridges to reach the main waterways with only about 6ft of clearance depending on the tides.
