The front of Anchor Splash is a classic Florida ranch— complete with a cobblestone driveway, carport, and manicured landscaping. A patio with an outdoor dining table leads up to the front door. Once inside, soaring, knotty pine vaulted ceilings and lots of sunny windows create an open, welcoming space. This home has just been completely updated and offers everything you will need for a fun-filled vacation. Comfy sofas and chairs face the large flat screen HDTV. On the other side of the room is the farmhouse-style dining table with seating for eight.

The kitchen is completely open to the living and dining area. It's the perfect set-up for large families and groups of friends that like to socialize over the morning coffee and muffins or early evening cocktails and snacks. A large, quartz-topped island has lots of casual barstool seating. Bright white cabinets, gleaming quartz worktops, stainless steel appliances, elegant recessed lighting, and a sleek tile backsplash all combine to create a chic, efficient space. You'll have all you need and more to prepare quick snacks for the beach, lunches by the pool, or complete family dinners.

Down the hallway are four private, peaceful bedrooms— each with its own flatscreen television. The first bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom three features a comfy queen-size bed and an entrance that leads out to the pool and patio area. The final bedroom is the luxurious primary suite— complete with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. There are also two additional full bathrooms that can be accessed from the hallway one features a tub/shower combo while the other has a rain shower.

In the backyard, the dazzling blue pool was designed to take full advantage of the secluded space. Surrounded by lush, swaying palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs, the sun-kissed backyard oasis is the ideal spot to work on your tan or cool off after a day at the beach. Or, move your lounger to the shade of the palm tree and relax with a cool drink and a good book. After dinner, unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Anchor Splash is ideally located, close to the beach and the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue, while still maintaining the privacy and peace of a luxury north-end home.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
