The Hammock House: Bright and modern pool home with outdoor living space

The Hammock House, located on the North end of Anna Maria is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom spacious, contemporary home. The property features a large custom pool and spa as well as an expansive private yard! The open concept living space allows for plenty of space for the entire group to relax and regenerate! The main floor features two separate living areas, a large kitchen, dining room, half bath, and bedroom with a full bath. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the third level. The Hammock House features a fantastic outdoor area with pool and hot tub! The pool area has the perfect mix of sunny and shaded spaces. Enjoy outdoor dining, a lounge area with tv, and two sun loungers for soaking in the warm Florida sun! Conveniently located just off of Pine Avenue, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Gulf beaches!

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. The house was beautiful, quiet, clean, and in a great location. We had issues with the pool and hot tub all weekend.. both were scalding hot and unusable. We tried messaging the property manager and they said they would be out to fix it but that never happened (and got worse). We couldn’t even put our feet in the pool, it was so hot. Not having a pool to use was a real bummer and something we were looking forward to. The house is really nice but there is limited kitchen ware. We were not given any dishwasher pods and with limited silverware and mugs and such we had to hand wash things everyday. This was not ideal. Either we needed to be able to run the dishwasher multiple times a day with detergent available or there needs to be more kitchenware and silverware available.Overall the place was nice, quiet, and in a good location but there were some obstacles that made it not worth the money we paid.

Beautiful home & the pool was a dream!

Loved the 3 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. Home had plenty of deck space. We loved the underneath patio of the house and the pool! It was large and we appreciate the part of pool under the house helps with all that FL sun. We will be back!

Great place to stay and everything was very clean. We were very happy with the location and quietness, but yet, close to beaches and other sites. Our only complaint was that the water pressure was very low in the morning (around 6:00-07:30 it was unusable for toilets and showers). When called they said it was a city problem, however we noticed the irrigation system was running during this time. They should change the time the irrigation system is running.

Spring break getaway

We absolutely loved the property! It was a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart to get around the island. The outdoor areas were perfect to hangout. The hot tub and pool were so nice. We definitely recommend this place!

Great spot!

House was great in a nice location. Hot tub was broken but they had it fixed within 36 hours.very clean and very new! On a cul de sac so very quiet ! We would stay there again.
