Family Spring Break

This home was a good fit for our family. We loved the location as it was family friendly and quiet. The homes best feature is its outside covered space. It’s a great area to eat meals and escape the sun. It is showing some wear and tear but we just assumed it’s taking awhile to get these things fixed post hurricane. Be sure to bring toiletries, especially hand soap and toilet paper as not much is provided.Also, this area is far north so you’ll want to rent a golf cart. Overall, a great spring break for our family.

We enjoyed our stay on Bean Point, the views were beautiful. We enjoyed the covered patio and tv outside. We were disappointed the house listing listed a garage under the amenities tab, which was one of the reasons we selected this property, but there is no garage there. The listing definitely needs to be corrected. The rest of the property was exactly as described. This is a pretty house in a nice neighborhood. It could use a deep cleaning. It was very clean for the most part, just needs more attention around corners and around walls, furniture. There were large stains from food I suspect on the chair cushions and sofa.

Roomy house, right on the beach. Grandkids loved the pool we spent much of the day on the covered deck. Streets in the area and the beach allow for great walking opportunities. Management was very responsive to any issues. After we left the house and island , my daughter realized that she’d left her wedding ring behind. She called the management company and they were very responsive in getting the ring and mailing it back.

Bean Point Beachfront

Enjoyed the property, in particular it's proximity to the beach. Jenn with the property management company responsible for the property was OUTSTANDING to work with and very responsive to us anytime we had any property questions or needs. We took possession of the property on a Saturday, 4 days following the landfall of a hurricane on Anna Maria Island. One of the initial issues we ran into was the pool and deck area were both unusable due to limbs, debris, etc., throughout the deck area and in the pool itself remaining from the effects of the hurricane. My son and his 2 teenage sons removed the debris off the deck so it was safe to use. Jenn with the property management service had the pool service out on the morning of Labor Day Monday cleaning the pool and pool filter making the pool then usable. Overall my wife and I, our children, grandchildren and even 1 great grandchild all had a great time at the property.

Outdoor area and clean home-great place to stay

The house was just as described and made for a wonderful family vacation. We loved the outdoor area with private pool and spent most of our time there. It is a short walk to the white sandy beach which was great, but would have liked more beach supplies as described. I would also like to have more kitchen supplies as we enjoy cooking in, some meals, and did not have all we needed. We only utilized the downstairs and it was very clean and a great setting for our family of 4. The home location was convenient for a short golf cart ride to local food, the pier, and other attractions.
