La magnifique piscine, récemment rénovée, est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée à la plage. un espace extérieur pour les repas et les grillades vous incitera à passer la soirée �� vous détendre au bord de la piscine. This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay on spring break. Our teenagers loved the pool and there was easy access to the beach. Our family enjoyed walking to a nearby coffee shop too. The location was perfect! The house was clean and had all that we needed for our stay. We hope to visit again!

Perfect home for beach trip!

Beautiful 3 bedroom home on Anna Maria Island. Close proximity to the beach and conveniently located on the North End of the island. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect pool in backyard!

The heated pool was great with beautiful surronding palm trees for privacy. Only 1 1/2 blocks from white sand beach.

Bean point cottage was a perfect fit for myself and three17yr olds. we really enjoyed the great beaches and loved our small pool. The town was a lot of fun also. A highlight of the trip was parasailing. loved AMI

Perfect for privacy and location!

We loved this house.... stayed with another family... 6 of us in total, the kids shared a room... we had just enough space! The location is great... super quick walk to a few different beach entrances! The backyard and pool are amazing but definitely bring bug spray for mosquitos!

Beautiful and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The location is beautiful just a block from the most amazing beach. We rented a golf cart as it is a little bit of a lengthy walk for young kids to get into town. The house had everything, it was clean and comfortable and the pool was just beautiful. We had a few maintenance issues, but a repair man was sent out immediately both times. 5 stars!!!!

Another fabulous week at AMI at this cute beach cottage!

This was our 4th year at Anna Maria and our first stay in this house. It is an adorable small cottage in the perfect location. One block to beach and beautiful pool in backyard. The only issues we had was the smaller bath, the shower drain was completely clogged and the renters before us left either a cracked sink. The blinds were broken on the front door. The property management company was very responsive and we would stay there again. Overall, we enjoyed our week.

Cute place with nice outdoor area

We had a nice trip and enjoyed the house. The outdoor area was the best part - the pool is fantastic!! Only things we wish we had known to pack beforehand: linens/towels (kitchen & bedrooms) were very limited - no wash clothes, dish towels, oven mits, etc., & we definitely needed to bring more kitchen items (blender, oven mits, outdoor friendly cups & plates.....we ended up just buying a bunch of paper plates and solo cups) with us than we did. That having been said, the actual house was super cute and had just enough space. It is very charming and cheerful.

Nice place with short walk to the beach

We stayed here on our family vacation. My husband and I with our 3 college aged boys. It's location was perfect, about 2 blocks to the beach. The house was just the right size for our family. Beach towels and chairs were provided. It would have been nice to have more towels and kitchen towels/dishrags. There were only 2 dish towels, no dishrags and no washcloths. In addition, there was a somewhat limited supply of cooking baking dishes, pans, etc. Overall, it was a great place just needed a few extras since we flew in.

Beautiful location

We absolutely loved this cottage it was in the perfect location close to Bean point for incredible sunsets. The cottage itself was the perfect size for our family of four. The pool was great, well shaded and private. Even though we have had a fantastic holiday and would love to stay here again the facilities were a little tired. A socket was loose in the kitchen and unsafe , BBQ didn't work, no baking trays to cook on or oven proof dishes.It took two days to fix a jet in the pool that sucked my teenage sons arm into it. It was fixed eventually. The cottage itself if beautifully decorated and we loved it but it needs taking care of.

A lovely 'cottage' in a great location. Comfortable sofa, master and second bedroom mattress, very uncomfortable third bedroom mattresses. Sadly on arrival the second bedroom was not ready for us, the bed linen was piled up on the chair. Bar b que didn't work and issues with swimming pool and loose electric sockets resolved whilst there. I would suggest either end of season tiredness of property or needs tweaks to make it comfortable. Lack of kitchen ware particularly only three blunt preparation knifes and an issue with main lounge floor being raised and potential trip hazard.(presumably from water leak some time ago) I am sure an out of season spruce up would have it ready for next year.

Our Annual Anna Maria Visit

Decor and cleanliness was excellent. We love to cook and found the kitchen had some pots and pans that were unacceptable. My husband took photos of them...he was planning to send them to you, but did not. Also, the small bathroom off the kitchen has a shower that does not empty very well. It would be easy to flood the room if your shower is not cut short. Our two elderly daughters were with us, and the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly. I left behind my facial collection of creams, lotions and soap (about $60. worth). They were stored in the medicine cabinet because there was no place around the sink to keep my stuff. Just forgot to look before leaving. Called the office about 2:30P in hopes that these things could be sent to me, but they were either thrown out or just taken by the cleaning person. As a person of rental property for 40 years, I would never had let this kind of thing happen.

Great location

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island. We were 5 adults. This property is in a quiet location on the island's north end. The house is cute. The backyard is lovely. There was an issue with the pool while we were there but it was fixed within a few days. The beach cart provided helps with toting stuff to the beautiful beach which is a short walk away. Some beach chairs are provided but some are rusted and stain the beach towels (also provided). Just a heads up, there are no salt/pepper/spices/sugar/coffee filters in the kitchen. We had a list of things that were either broken, didn't work or needed replacing. Not sure if this is because renters are not telling the property management about these issues or if these issues are not a priority for the management/owner. The broken front-door blinds that someone mentioned in another review had still not been replaced when we were there. All of the bed mattresses should be replaced and it's the top reason for the 3 stars. We would not book this property again for this reason. In addition to the things already provided to the property management, we would suggest cleaning the air vent covers inside the house and adding a fan in the backyard to move the air around.

Wonderful beach house!

Our family enjoyed our stay in your beautiful beach house! The pool, yard, location and cleanliness of the house we're great! It was awesome to have the beach at only 5 minutes walk away. Also, we were very happy with the 4 bikes to our disposal. We would recommend new beach chairs, there was only 1 for our family of 6.

We've rented 4 yrs in a row. First 3 rented Pina colada A. Loved it. This house was cute & the yard & pool was awesome. Pina Colada will always be my fav but this was a close second. Nice & roomy & loved 2 bathrooms. Wish it was a little closer to the beach. We will be back. Office people are amazing. Love you ALL.
