table. All this, undercover, overlooking a beautiful lush tropical backyard, with generous shade offered by the frangipani trees. The serene space is completed with festoon lights to relax and make the most of the balmy Anna Bay evenings.
The Anna Bay rock pools are located just at the end of the street and the patrolled Birubi
Surf Beach with a large, allocated off leash dog area, is within walking distance. Enjoy a
range of activities within walking distance that will suit all kinds of interests, including
plenty of options that are pet-friendly.
Whether you`re a beach lover, a nature enthusiast,
or a foodie, Anna Bay has something for everyone.
The space
This beautifully renovated home has been thoughtfully styled with coastal themed
colour, lighting and artwork throughout, ensuring you have a relaxed holiday feel and all
the luxury conveniences at your fingertips.
The home sleeps 8 - 10 people. All rooms are serviced by ducted air cooling / heating
for ultimate comfort.

Your holiday escape begins immediately as you enter and feel the calm and relaxed
atmosphere. The entrance offers a place to hang your towels and hats with a well
equipped linen cupboard for all your laundry, towels and storage needs. The under-stair
space allows you to conveniently stow all your luggage away.
The beautifully styled, very generous ground floor King bedroom has two built in
wardrobes, and a dedicated HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus for you to
schedule in that quiet escape. There is a dedicated work/study area opening out onto
the back alfresco fully equipped kitchenette, BBQ and lounge.
A downstairs bathroom with basin, shower and toilet services the master bedroom with
an integrated brand new laundry offering new 10kg LG twin washer and condenser
dryer.
Beyond the expansive undercover entertaining area, the large, child and pet-friendly
back garden offers generous space for play with ample shade under the frangipani
trees.
2nd floor experience:
The upstairs brand-new kitchen boasts new Smeg appliances including an all-important
De Longhi coffee machine. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need
while on holiday whether baking up a storm or cooking up a feast.
The open plan lounge and dining area becomes the central gathering area with both a
front and back balcony offering a cool coastal breeze throughout. The back balcony
extends out to include a lounge area, ideal for either your morning coffee or evening
drinks. A large 75â HDTV is located in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney
Plus, a speaker and sound bar ensures you have your tv series and entertainment
covered.
The sleeping area upstairs offers:
âą A Queen bedroom, with a generous bank of built-in drawers and hanging space
including a dedicated HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus.
âą Two King Single bunk bedrooms, both with plenty drawer and hanging storage;
both top and bottom beds have dedicated bedside reading spotlights and
charging ports. The bunkbeds have trundle beds for any extra guests staying.
The upstairs sleeping area is serviced by a luxurious newly renovated bathroom which
has a large rain shower head and big free-standing bath, both with handheld showers.
Extra warmth is offered for your winter getaway including heated flooring and towel rail.

Bring your boat! There is plenty of parking with a long driveway, a large front yard and
curbside space.
LINEN:
High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided along with extra bedding and
pillows essential for a welcomed stay.

Pet friendly with a fully enclosed back yard.
Please ensure you BYO pet bedding.
