THE SPACE
This beautifully renovated home has been thoughtfully styled with coastal themed
colour, lighting and artwork throughout, ensuring you have a relaxed holiday feel and all
the luxury conveniences at your fingertips.
The home sleeps 8 - 9 people. All rooms are serviced by ducted air cooling / heating
for ultimate comfort.

LINEN:
All linen supplied -High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided along with extra bedding and pillows essential for a welcomed stay.
Ground floor experience:
Your holiday escape begins immediately as you enter and feel the calm and relaxed
atmosphere. The entrance offers a place to hang your towels and hats with a well
equipped linen cupboard for all your laundry, towels and storage needs. The under-stair
space allows you to conveniently stow all your luggage away.
The beautifully styled, very generous ground floor King bedroom has two built in
wardrobes, and a dedicated HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus for you to
schedule in that quiet escape. There is a dedicated work/study area in the King bedroom opening out onto
the back alfresco fully equipped kitchenette, BBQ and lounge.
A downstairs bathroom with basin, shower and toilet services the master bedroom with
an integrated brand-new laundry offering new 12kg LG twin washer and condenser
dryer.
Beyond the expansive undercover entertaining area, the large, child and pet-friendly back garden offers generous space for play with ample shade under the frangipani trees.
2nd floor experience:
The upstairs brand-new kitchen boasts new Smeg appliances including an all-important
De Longhi coffee machine. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need
while on holiday whether baking up a storm or cooking up a feast.
The open plan lounge and dining area becomes the central gathering area with both a front and back balcony offering a cool coastal breeze throughout. The back balcony
extends out to include a lounge area, ideal for either your morning coffee or evening
drinks. Festoon lights light up the balcony in the evening. A large 75â HDTV is located in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney
Plus, a speaker and sound bar ensures you have your tv series and entertainment
covered.
PARKING:
Bring your boat! There is plenty of parking with a long driveway, a large front yard and
curbside space.
PETS:
Pet friendly with a fully enclosed back yard.
Please ensure you BYO pet bedding.
Pets to remain off all furniture during the stay.

Please note this is a luxury home in a quiet residential area and by booking this property you agree to the full terms and conditions.

No functions/events/large gatherings,
No Schoolies
The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.
This property is managed locally by the manager, Jaymie, living in the area. Jaymie will
be available should you have any questions during your stay.
