Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive to downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to most main roads. A great place to stay for a friends-reunion or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekends or sporting event.

The house was completely redone in 2019, furnished in every room with a simple and clean look in mind, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has three bedrooms with four beds and an additional blow up queen mattress in the basement if needed. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. Please enjoy this home and let me know if anything is missing during your stay!

This property was perfect for our Family of 6 small pet to stay over Graduation weekend. The home was very clean, with nice decor and modern amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we very much appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with plenty of capsules to power us through the early mornings of this busy weekend. Location was convenient, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very lovely home! It’s beautifully appointed decorated and remodeled with an eye for design. It’s surprisingly big, a large open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room area, bedrooms are all a nice size and the bonus of the basement was awesome for my teen son. The unit has a Keurig and a coffee pot and there were Keurig pods provided. We did not cook while staying but the frig is full sized and held plenty of take out containers from all the great restaurants on the area!!Centrally located to all things A2 this property is a gem!

Quiet Neighborhood Near Michigan Venues

Nice quiet neighborhood near freeway, restaurants, Ann Arbor and DTW. House would benefit from some simple touches: hooks for towels, towel bars, washing of the throw blankets, spare sheets, a hairdryer in every bathroom, unexpired water filter, and lawn maintenance.
