Each room is cosily furnished with a desk, armchair, TV and WLAN, and one of the rooms also has its own wine bar. The cosy 'Stubn', a well-equipped kitchen and access to the rustic wine cellar complete the exclusive living experience.

The outdoor area of the sleeping estate invites you to linger and relax. A beautifully designed, secluded courtyard with an inviting sun terrace offers ideal conditions for relaxing hours outdoors.

The picturesque surroundings of the Schlafgut are characterised by extensive vineyards and the almost untouched nature reserve of the March floodplains. The quiet location in a cul-de-sac promises pure relaxation, while the heart of Vienna is only 30 kilometres away and Bratislava less than 40 kilometres. Cyclists and golfers will find a paradise here: An extensive cycle network and two large golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Excursions to castles, animal parks and the Donauauen National Park will enrich your holiday experience.
