Peralta Pines has everything you desire for your mountain getaway: a hot tub, fire pit, pool table, great views, and space for the whole gang! Enter onto the main floor where everyone can hang out in the open-concept family, kitchen, and dining rooms. The kids can relax and play games by the fireplace while the adults cook gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Eat meals together at the dining table with seating for eight, and four more at the kitchen bar. The family room also has a queen sleeper sofa. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There are two large bedrooms on this level – one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay. Upstairs is a loft where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Step out onto the outside balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. Two more can sleep in the loft on a trundle. Also, upstairs is the oversized master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite master bathroom. It is decked out with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. On the bottom level is the fourth bedroom. Six more can comfortably sleep here on a queen-sized bed and a double over double bunk bed. Here you will also find a pool table, electric fireplace, and access to the large wrap-around deck. The third bathroom is on this level and has a walk-in shower. After a long day of enjoying mountain activities, soak in the hot tub conveniently located between the upper and lower decks. Peralta Pines cabin checks all the boxes! The ideal home for a mountain vacation. Please note that stairs are required to reach the front door and there is no garage access.

LOCATION: This home is approximately 4 miles or 10-minute drive from the Angel Fire mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 2.4 miles or 8-minute drive. Fees apply
PARKING: On-site parking for 3 to 4 vehicles in a circular driveway
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have an active exterior security/wildlife cameras, rear camera over the garage and driveway, and a camera with view of fire pit for safety concerns. No audio is recorded as all device speakers are disabled. There is a Ring doorbell that guests may cover if they wish (we suggest a with a sticky note) while they are coming and going through the front door during their stay. These cameras monitor exterior perimeters only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by snowplows and we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. But please be prepared! A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
