Updated Townhome near Deer shuttle stop
You'll have beautiful views close to the ski area at Windswept #2. This newly-renovated townhouse is full of light and has all the comforts you'll need for your Angel Fire holiday. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps eight, and is steps from the Deer shuttle stop. The entry on the first level opens into a hall where you can drop your coats and boots. A spacious half-bath is close at hand. The modern, airy kitchen features new marble counters and updated cabinets. The wide counter seats four and opens into the dining area, where there's a table for six. The living area is centered on the gas fireplace and flat-screen Roku smart TV. There's seating for five, including a queen sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs. Step through the living room and out onto the deck, where you can enjoy a view across to the west side of the Moreno Valley as well as the parade of wildlife passing by.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area by the decorative fireplace, and a private balcony. Through the spacious closet area is an updated full bath with dual sinks and a new walk-in shower with marble tile. The cozy, cheerful second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. A full-size washer and dryer are side-by-side in a convenient closet, and the hall bath has a combination shower/tub and is brightened by a skylight.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

PARKING: Windswept #2 has room for two vehicles in front of the house and one vehicle in the garage.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
