Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, the deck and hot tub, and the yard. The greenhouse and outbuilding are off-limits and not for guest use.

Self check-in is available via a lockbox for easy, flexible arrival; entry details are provided before your stay.

Parking is in the driveway and upper lot for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in the upper lot and do not block access to the lower outbuilding. Street parking is prohibited by the Village of Angel Fire.

In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD and tire chains may be needed, as roads can be steep, snow-packed, or icy.

Sunrise Vista Villa sits in a quiet Angel Fire neighborhood with open mountain and meadow views and easy access to year-round recreation. Angel Fire Resort, the country club golf course, and village restaurants and shops are all close by, and Eagle Nest Lake is a short drive for fishing and boating. The home makes a relaxed base for summer adventures and a cozy retreat for ski season, with Taos and the Enchanted Circle scenic loop within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach the home and explore Angel Fire and the wider Enchanted Circle. Driveway and upper-lot parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on site; street parking is not allowed in the Village of Angel Fire. In winter, 4WD or AWD and tire chains may be needed for steep or snow-packed roads.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

This home is not air-conditioned; the cool mountain climate keeps it comfortable, and it is heated in cooler months.

The greenhouse and outbuilding are off-limits and not for guest use.

For your awareness and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property (facing the driveway and entrances) and a Ring video doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home.

An exterior noise-monitoring device is present to help ensure quiet hours are respected; it does not record audio.

The home is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
