Whispering Pines is a part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickle and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

Here are some highlights of the property itself that we know you'll love:

** Bathrooms for all! If we've learned one thing over the years, it's that folks love a private bathroom. At Whispering Pines, each bedroom has an attached bathroom, ensuring privacy for all, and fewer fights over who gets to use the mirror or shower first.

** Three Primary bedrooms! Each of the upper-level bedrooms has a king bed and attached bathroom, so no matter how many couples are in your group, everyone feels like they got the best room!

** Whispering Pines offers a sumptuous experience, with all of the modern comforts you expect from a newly-built home. With a contemporary feel and exquisite views, you will delight in simply watching the sunset from the deck, living room, or dining room. Soak in the hot tub, have a movie night in either living space, or curl up next to the fire pit on the back deck.

** The house sits nearly on its own overlooking the golf course and forest beyond. It is not uncommon to see deer roaming the property just outside your windows, and yet you are just minutes from the ski lift, grocery store, golf course, and more. Hit the Olympic Park Playground with the kids, or play some tennis or pickleball as a family. It's all just down the road from your private oasis!

** The house has a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights. There is a wood stash just beside the fireplace, and more stacked outside the lower level entry door.

** The house sleeps 14, with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a bunk room below. The bunkroom boasts 4 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, so bring on the kiddos!

** The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, spices, olive oil, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have a laundry room with detergent provided for the washer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
Whispering Pines offers 4 bedrooms across 2 floors, ideal for 2-3 families or larger groups. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, desk, SmartTV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Two additional upper-level bedrooms each have king beds; one has a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub shower. The corner bedroom also includes a SmartTV.

The lower level features a kid's bunk room with 4 twin-over-twin bunks and an ensuite bathroom, which also serves as the laundry room. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with pillows, linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap.

LIVING AREA:
The main living area is the heart of the home, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining space for easy interaction while cooking, eating, and relaxing. It features modern, cozy furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming. Adjacent to this space is a deck with seating, a dining area, grill, and propane fire pit—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

On the lower level, another living area includes a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and access to the hot tub.

KITCHEN/DINING:
Whispering Pines has everything you need for memorable meals together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, as well as a crockpot, coffee maker (full pot and Keurig), toaster oven, and blender. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are provided, along with a cabinet stocked with oils and spices. There's also a propane gas grill on the back deck for outdoor cooking.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining space seats 8, and the rear deck has an additional table for 6.

ENTERTAINMENT OUTDOORS:
Step outside your door, and the meadow becomes your playground, the outdoor deck, an extension of your living room. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the views, or unwind in the hot tub. If you’re in the mood for a walk, Bear Trail is less than a mile away, connecting you to the area's extensive greenbelt trails, or explore the Questa Vista loop, just 1.2 miles away. We also have corn hole, ready for a family tournament!

ENTERTAINMENT INDOORS:
When you're done exploring or playing on the slopes, head inside and build a fire. Curl up and watch something all together, or play a game at the dining room table. Need a little time for the grown ups? Send the kids downstairs to their own living space to watch a movie on their own smartTV. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

LAUNDRY ROOM/MUD ROOM:
In the bunkroom bathroom, you will find a washer and dryer with detergent provided, in case your adventures get messy!

ENTRY/GARAGE/PARKING:
We ask that you enter the home from the garage, leaving dirty boots and wet jackets on the hooks and boot trays out there. This will bring you into the lower-level living space just outside the kid's bunk area.

You are welcome to park in the left-most bay of the garage, and anywhere on the large flat driveway.

Note: for your security and ours, there is a Ring doorbell with security camera on the entry door on the lower level.
