Discover the charm of a cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo that comfortably sleeps six. Ideally situated just two blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and near the Bear shuttle stop, this condo offers an excellent location for your mountain retreat. The inviting living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Dish service for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and the dining area seats four, with four additional stools at the kitchen counter for casual dining. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find the second bedroom, which boasts a king bed, and the second full bath, which also includes a shower/tub combo. For larger groups, Racquet Club #320 shares a private deck with Racquet Club #321, also managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. Together, these units make the perfect space for families or friends traveling together.

Please note that this unit is located on the third floor, requiring two flights of stairs to reach the entrance, plus an additional flight to the loft. There is no washer or dryer in the unit.
NON-PET FRIENDLY

Racquet Club #320 is part of a group of six units within the Racquet Club condo complex, all managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of each other and just two blocks from the ski area, making it an ideal location for your next mountain adventure.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: King bed. Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood Burning fireplace, flat-screen smart TV with Dish service. Radiant ceiling heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Racquet Club #320 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (6 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.5 miles (seven minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
