LOCATION: This home is approximately 0.3 miles or about a 5-minute walk to the Angel Fire Ski Basin
PRIVATE SKI LOCKER: There is a private ski locker room across from the elevator in the main entry. You just need to bring a lock.
SECURE BICYCLE ROOM STORAGE: There is a room off of the garage that can hold up to 20 bicycles. There is a table to work on your bike and a washing station at the base of the mountain. You just need to bring a lock
PARKING: On-site covered parking. Three parking lots for the ski area are next to the building.
POOL & GYM: shared community indoor heated pool located on the bottom level of the Angel Fire Resort. You can purchase a membership daily for $12, weekly for $35 and monthly for $75 (pricing might vary. Contact them for exact pricing.)
Check in time is 4pm (5pm Christmas and Spring Break). Check out time is 10am
We ask for a $100 deposit. Our cleaning crew will charge up $15-40 depending on trash that is left in the unit and $35 per set of keys that are not returned. If everything has been returned and trash is taken out, you will receive 100% of the deposit shortly after you check out. No later than 2weeks.
