Located just three blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and right across from the Fox shuttle stop, you are never far from adventure. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. Gather around the dining table that seats six, or pull up a seat at the counter for a more casual bite. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. Step outside to the balcony, accessed through the living room, and enjoy the mountain air. Plus, this unit has a full-size washer and dryer to keep your gear fresh throughout your stay! The main bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom also offers comfort and convenience with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and its own bath with a shower/tub combo. But the real fun is in the loft! It's packed with two twin/full bunk beds, a full bed, and a queen bed, plus a full bathroom with both a shower and bathtub—ideal for kids and adults alike.

This condo is located on the third floor of the complex, accessible via elevator or two flights of stairs—depending on your mood (and energy levels).

Snowfire #305A is one of two amazing units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Snowfire condo complex, so you're in great company for your mountain escape!

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Loft: Twin/Full Bunk, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker, pod coffeemaker, toaster.
INDOOR LIVING: Fireplace, Flat Screen TV
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Snowfire #305A is .3 miles from the Ski Lodge (About a 2 min drive or 7 minute walk)
PARKING: Outside Parking in front of building.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
