Luxurious villa with Privet beach.

After we disembark from Gavrio port we take the only road to the capital Chora. We pass Batrsi perhaps the most touristic place of the island, the fire station and after 3klm you will meet on the right hand a pen with building materials immediately after a dirt road descends a foot into the sea, we follow it and after a while on the left at number 8 we meet the entrance with a downhill road that leads us to the courtyard of the villa anchored on the rocks of the sea.
Entering from the main entrance to the living room we find ourselves in a huge circular covered terrace with an endless view in front the sea as far the eye can see while to the left you see the island's jagged shores.
On the terrace to the left is a sitting place and in the middle a large table where you can enjoy the endless view of the sea and sky any time of the day. As soon as you enter from the main entrance is a huge living room overlooking the sea beyond the terrace with great taste, with a fireplace a desk and in the middle two sofas with a coffee table. Behind the living room is the kitchen fully equipped.
After the fireplace at the right is a corridor that leads us to two double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom. In front and to the left of the living room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and sea view.
Directly opposite the main entrance is the door to a large courtyard with a build-in barbecue, a huge wooden table with two benches, an ideal place to enjoy grilling with your friends. We draw your attention because whenever you want to grill, the house has a person who is responsible for this task. Winds often blow and there is a risk of fire it is necessary for the barbecue to be operated by a person who knows it very well.
We left the privet beach last, from the courtyard where we parked the car we go down the road after the first turn there are 131 down steps that lead you down to the sea with an umbrella and an armchair to enjoy swimming.
The island is covered with consecutive mountain ranges with slope and in between gorges and ravines and valleys full of olive, fig, orange and lemon trees plenty of running waters that usually end in soft sandy beaches.
Andros is the northernmost island of Cyclades, 2 hours away from the port of Rafina and 3 hours from Athens International Airport. The island has a rich geographical contrasts and combine the Cycladic landscape with lush vegetation and abundant water. It is the unique Cycladic island that springs from the rivers to the sea that run throughout the year. In these waters Andros owes her beauty and ancient names Lasia (with rich vegetation ) and Ydrousa (with abundant water.)
Chora the capital of island wich is by far one of the most beautiful capitals. Neo classical buildings, two important and famous museums one old open theater where during summer playing ancient tragedies, market, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, two sandy beaches and many sites of interest is just some of the beauties one can find Chora, also renowned for its very rich cultural life.
On your way from Gavrio port to the house there are two organized sandy beaches Saint Peter and Golden Beach offering umbrellas coffee shop surfing and ski activities. Walk with us and meet the island's unique nature. Get familiar with history and traditions.
Dressed in green it stands out of the rest island thanks to its lustful vegetation that Andros owes to its rich underground and surface water rescues. Within this district environment a gracious cultural heritage is being preserved, with many painters and scholars.
My name is Antonis I am the manager of the house. I personally live permanently in Andros and am therefore easily reached by you while offering my service whenever needed. I am a friendly person and very sociable. I love people and I like to share my knowledge and my experiences with them. I can assist in the transfer from the ferry to the house and explain to you the details of the house.
There is also the possibility of a fishing trip in my speed boat as walks to enjoy the island's natural environment, local history and traditional practice such as cooking classes and food tasting
The house has for rent a car Vitara jeep for 5 person per 50 eur per day including insurance but not benzin.
