Lovingly restored to blend modern comfort with vintage details. Industrial accentsâlike exposed steel beams, a commemorative plaque and repurposed copper pipes for the bar footrestâpay tribute to its storied past. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, garage, and fenced yard during your stay.

Set in a peaceful, tree-lined residential neighborhood on Anchorage's desirable hillside, the home offers a quiet retreat. You are just 15 minutes from downtown and conveniently close to local hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and all the city has to offer.
A car is recommended for exploring the area. The property includes a garage and a long driveway with plenty of parking space.
The entire house, garage and yard are available for guests' use. The basement is locked for owner's storage and cleaners' supplies.
