Nestled next to downtown, Eden On E Street is minutes to business and shopping districts, while feeling miles away. We are located in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and we live in the upper level of this duplex. You might hear our footsteps and the sounds of daily living from time to time; however, your space downstairs is completely private, with a separate entrance. Guests and neighbors love the silence and calm of the area.

This entrance to the property takes you into a foyer, with the option to go "up" or "down" stairs. The "up" unit is our private home and the "down" unit is for guests. It is possible that we use this entry occasionally to access our home, but it is not common as we have an entrance on the opposite side of the house. The foyer will be accessed for cleaning, but your shoes, coats, etc. left in this area are completely safe!

There is plenty of off-street, FREE parking. A covered walkway from the parking area protects guests from most elements and allows for access to the downstairs unit. Upon entering the foyer, you will head down 7 steps to access your space. Don’t let the “downstairs” aspect scare you. This unit has been newly remodeled, outfitted with recessed and dimmable LED lighting throughout, and plenty of windows to let the outside in. Depending on the season, you may prefer a little darkness. In the summer months, “the land of the midnight sun” might be a little confusing for some, so each bedroom is equipped with shades AND blackout curtains to ensure a good night's rest. The home is equipped with automated locks for ease of entry and security.

If you are a first-time visitor to our State, or a "sourdough", you know Alaska is stunning and massive. You will probably be spending your days exploring its wonders. But, after a long day of fun, you need a clean, comfortable, and private space to call home. Eden On E Street is the perfect spot. There are two queen rooms and another with two twins; perfect for children or extra travelers in your group.

The living room and dining area can accommodate all in your party, with comfort and convenience. An electric fireplace can help set just the right mood as you unwind after a busy day of experiencing all that Anchorage and Alaska have to offer. The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal or try your hand at preparing some world-class Alaska seafood, local produce, and artisanal fare. If you want to hit a home run with friends and family just ask about Mercedes' world-famous halibut chowder and Jay’s Slammin’ Salmon Cakes!

If outdoor cooking is more your speed, a BBQ will be available for guests as well as a fire pit (both seasonal and as State and Municipal Emergency Orders allow). A beautiful yard is also available for the kids to play (again, seasonal).

If a relaxing bath is more your speed at the end of the day, we’ve got you covered. All bath and shower products are provided. Pack a little lighter and leave your body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, blow dryer, hair straightener, towels, and make-up remover at home! We have plenty of everything for you.
