An excellent rendezvous point with close access to Ted Stevens International airport, all major highways, Fred Meyers grocery, 5th ST and Dimon shopping malls. A great alternative to usual hotel stay and all the accommodations of home while you’re visiting the Last Frontier.

Room 1:
This is the Master Bedroom. It has a King size bed, private full bathroom large walk-in shower for two. Full size hair dryer with accessories. This room also has a large walk-in closet with storage, smoke detector, large flatscreen smart TV connected WIFI, black out blinds, ceiling fan and bedside storage and charging stations for your smart phones, tablets or other electronic accessories.

Room 2:
This is a large bedroom with queen bed, tasteful artwork and bedside charging station, light filtering blinds, smoke detector, ceiling fan, large flatscreen smart TV connected WIFI, full length mirror, standard closet and cloths dresser. This room shares the second full bath located in the main hallway.


Room 3:
This is a full sized third room with a single twin bed, light filtering blinds, tasteful artwork and bedside charging station, smoke detector, ceiling fan, large flatscreen SMART TV connected WIFI, standard closet, clothes dresser and comfy corner lounge chair. This room shares the second full bath located in the main hallway.

Bathroom two:
This a shared hallway full bathroom with shower/ tub combination, large vanity, mirror cabinet, makeup towel and full-size hair dry with accessories.

Kitchen:
This fully equipped kitchen full size gas top stove with oven, Full size refrigerator with ice maker/dispenser. Microwave, pots pans cookie sheets, Knives, cooking spoons, basic cooking spices (salt, pepper, onion powder, season salt). Accessories include toaster cutting boards, roll around food prep cart with butcher block top. Service for eight, double sink and full-size built-in dishwasher. In the kitchen/dining area is a fully loaded coffee and tea station stocked with an assortment of popular coffee and tea flavors to brew in the large Kerig K-cup coffee maker. Mounted fire extinguisher. A small deep freezer is available in the garage.

Dining area:
This common dining area is adjacent to the L-shape bar with table for five and bar seating for five. There is a small fire place style electric heater in the corner and complimentary snack center and classic Head-to-head PAC-MAN/DIGDUG console.

Living Room:
This large open space with plenty of seating options. Coffee table, a TV console with a small selection of flyers and maps of local activities trip ideas while you’re here. There is also an assortment of non-electronic game items if you’re looking to unplug. This is coupled with an obscenely large flat panel SMART TV/connected WIFI that is ready to add your favorite streaming account and binge watch to your heart’s desire if you’re NOT looking to unplug. Gas fire place with timer control. Ceiling fan carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, coat closet and guest book to share your experiences of your time visiting.

Laundry room:
This well-lit laundry/garage entry area, has full size washer and dryers, full size ironing board with iron, deep sink and Coat rack. Complimentary laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. The Home FIRST-AID kit is mounted on the wall here next to the coat rack.

Garage:
This is a large well-lit heated “two car” garage (one car or full-size truck fits best leaving room to utilize the remaining space), a great place to dry out your shoes/gloves or for unpacking/repacking your items out of the weather. There is a small deep freezer and Foos Ball table. Lower shelves are available on one side for your things while you’re here. Please no fish or game processing. This is the only shared space and will contain house/yard maintenance equipment. Keypad code only for garage entry. keycode provided onsite.
