All VRBO bookings will have a $300 damage/incidental hold placed and will be released 48 hours after check out.

- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- Do not attempt to access unit next door - it's a separate property with people living in it.
- Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in.
- Small pets might be allowed (we love pooches) - please contact us prior to booking
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
Washer and dryer will be installed soon but there are none at this time. We do offer a laundry service depending on availability. Please message us about it.

Smoking of ANY kind = $250
Unapproved late check out = every 30 mins after 11 am AKST is an additional $75
Non-disclosed overnight guest = $50 per night per person
