If youâre looking to spend time outside, this is an excellent choice! If you hate iguanas, donât pick this one.We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the multiple porches/patios, the kayaks, the hot tub and the plants! Breakfast on the river patio, lunch on the hot tub deck, dinner on the front porch, games on the back porch⊠iguanas and frogs (toads?) provided entertainment, in addition to birds and butterflies and the little gecko/anolls also running around. Surprisingly few bugs! About the inside- its a simple 2bedroom/1 bath main house, the other bathroom is entirely outside and is the âoutside showerâ, so 2 showers and 2 toilets total. A/C units in each bedroom but not the main part. The kitchen was reasonably functional with the expected random assortment of goods commonly found in a vacation rental. We regularly found not-so-clean things in the cupboards and drawers so we eventually just washed everything before we used it. I think thats probably a challenge with the cleaner instead of the host, but it wasnâtâŠawesome.Our challenge was that not all he advertised beds were usable. The queen was fine and the bunk beds were fine although labeled with a weight restriction of 165lbs on the top bunk. Neither the top or bottom trundle bed was usable due to missing hardware. We let the host know about the trundle beds problem and he said he would have it fixed, but if those are important to your stay, maybe double check functionality before booking.
