The neighborhood tends to be calm and it's lovely to walk the narrow one-way streets in the morning surrounded by old buildings and towering trees and spectacular views and places like Shams El Balad or Wild Jordan, which are both within a very comfortable walk around 5-10 minutes each. There are several other bars like Le Calle and others that are sure to offer you a nice place to catch up with friends or catch a game.
