Timber Lodge Ranch - Ranch House

The Ranch House alone has 1,750 sq. ft. of space, a front covered porch as well as a multi-level balcony on the side of the cabin facing the water. Equipped with outdoor furniture, enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony as you enjoy nature. What we love most is that the property’s rural location allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of city life (but don’t worry we have WIFI).

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
The Ranch House accommodates 11 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms.

-First Floor-
The ground floor bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom attached, featuring both a shower and a jacuzzi bath for your comfort. Perfect for older guests, this bedroom suite allows access to all of the amenities without having to worry about the stairs!
Also located on this floor is a half bath along with the washer and dryer.

-Second Floor-
The second floor has 3 bedrooms—1 of those being an open-concept bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (see photo). The next room features 1 twin over full bunk bed, while the last bedroom has 1 Queen bed.

The open-concept bedroom on this floor has 2 full-over-full bunk beds sleeping 4. This room is a loft room that overlooks the open living area and is perfect for those teenagers (or singles).
Another room offers a cozy Queen bed sleeping 2 comfortably.
Finally, the third upstairs bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed, sleeping 3.

-The Living Spaces-
The first floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together after a day on the Ranch! From here, access a covered, private balcony with a lake view and keep an eye out for wildlife.

Outside, the ground-level, covered patio is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy while staying shaded from the sun. The lake is steps away and is only shared with the guests at Timber Lodge Ranch. Also, right outside your back door is a firepit with plenty of bench seating for everyone to enjoy!

The expansive Ranch provides over 150 acres for guests to enjoy all the outdoor activities. From kayaking to zip lining there are a TON of options for everyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including both a Keurig (Limited K-Cups provided) and a Regular Coffee Pot. The dining area features a 4-person high top dining table as well as the adjacent kitchen island with 4 barstools. And don’t forget the patio seating and picnic table out back!

-OTHER POLICIES-
Please keep in mind that the Ranch is situated in a very rural, natural setting along with all our outdoor activities. Those pretty deer, ducks, and other animals that you see outside your door also share the same space as ticks, chiggers, wasps, spiders, briars, and uneven terrain. You get the picture, we are in the woods, it’s part of the experience! Please understand that you are responsible for yourselves and your family. Also, We have internet but please expect it to not work like you are in the city. We highly suggest that you enjoy all the outdoor activities!

Important Information
• Renters must be over 25 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing
detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized Shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
• Pet Friendly: Pets are subject to weight restrictions and must receive approval before staying. There is a fee of $125 per pet per stay that applies. Complimentary pet waste bags will be provided for guests, who are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
