Le Cozy Buffalo est une maison spacieuse avec une sensation de ferme. Il est à distance de marche du campus universitaire, à proximité de la place du centre-ville et à 10 minutes en voiture de Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon propose de la randonnée, de la tyrolienne, de l'équitation, du jeu au Texas et une multitude d'autres activités.
Le Cozy Buffalo est une maison loin de chez eux pour tous nos clients. Y compris Wifi, Direct TV avec 155 + chaĂźnes, Netflix, Hulu et de nombreux autres programmes de streaming avec votre nom d'utilisateur et votre mot de passe.

Caractéristiques de la maison

Cette maison de 2400 pieds carrés a beaucoup d'espace pour des activités ou un simple week-end de détente. Il comprend 2 grands salons, une belle salle à manger, un coin lecture et 3 chambres spacieuses. Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses touches qui font que le Cozy Buffalo se sent comme chez lui.

We are a family of six, with four teenagers, and we stayed one night to hike in Palo Duro Canyon on our way to Grand Canyon and Moab, UT. This rental was in a quiet location, and it was clean and updated. We had plenty of room for our family. Great rental, and we would stay here again!

Great place to ha e family stay

Had our parents stay with us as well as our son that goes to WT. Had our 3 dogs as well that enjoyed the backyard. Unfortunately our 4th dog had to stay at home because only 3 dogs are allowed. But nonetheless it was a great stay.

Rambling House

This is an older large rambling house great for several parties staying together or adults who need some privacy. Very clean & well maintained; large fenced backyard for kids/pets to blow off steam. Host very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we needed the space.

Great Stay

We visited Canyon Texas for the R100 Bow Shoot which was amazing fun and stayed at this great place. It was like being at home. Very clean and comfortable for our family and Grand children. It had everything we needed. was quiet so much space. It was easy access to everything. We look forward to staying again in the future. Great Home!

An everything space

This property is perfect for literally anything. Got a big group of people? Its got 3 bedrooms with 4 total beds that can easily house 12 people. Need a bigger space for multiple groups of people? It has 2 living rooms for people to hangout in. Got pets? Its a pet friendly property with a large yard for them to run around in. Anyhing you need a property for this has you covered. 10/10 stay.

Plenty of room

The location was perfect, right near Canyon's main streets. Although the bathrooms are a bit odd and dated, the entire place was exceptionally clean and the bedrooms are spacious. There's plenty of room for a family to spread out in this home.

Perfect Base for Canyon Excursions

Plenty of space for 3 families - 6 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen was well equipped for doing our own cooking. Within walking distance of a very good museum. Close to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Completely met our needs.

Grand daughters 1st birthday

The place itself is very nice. Big plenty of room and very clean. We rented this place to have our grandaughters 1st birthday party. In the pictures it shows green grass in front and back. Those pictures should be updated. Yard is no longer green, very dry.

Annual Girl Trip

Quiet neighborhood, very clean, good beds, . Host answers every message w/in 10 minutes. Close to the university and w/in walking distance to a donut shop. Highly recommend this cozy home.

Older house but lots of room and clean

We stayed with 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Nicely appointed with comfy beds. Huge yard. Only issue we had was a clogged toilet that never got serviced. We were told a plumber would be called but never heard back from owner. Would stay again.

Most comfortable home for family

We wish we had longer to stay. Traveling with young adults (grandkids) 17-22 yoa. They loved the outlay of the home with gathering space inside second den and outside picnic tables. The backyard went on forever and my pupp loved chasing the dragon flies. We visited Palo Duro Canyon on way to Colorado Springs.

Better than the pictures!

I thought this place was wonderful just by looking at the pictures, but the pictures didn’t tell all! Not only was the communication excellent, but this place is so spacious and amazingly comfortable! Even the backyard is nice and big, with a grill, lights, and 2 picnic tables! The beds are very comfortable and this place has everything I could ask for! The neighborhood is quiet and feels like home too! will definitely be staying here every time I’m in Canyon!!! This is definitely a rare find!!!!!

Comfy 70s throwback

Spacious and homey, with beautiful wood built-ins and lots of character! Nice large backyard for the pups to roam and the cutest dining area ever. We appreciated the gratis coffee bar and snacks. Thanks also for the Wrong Way Diner discount; we took advantage of the free burger and it was delish!

Home was clean and ready for our arrival. Host was very responsive, super helpful & patient with a couple questions we had. We were traveling with 6 grandkids and the floor plan was perfect, nice backyard, great kitchen, washer and dryer was convenient and we will definitely use this home again!! Highly recommend!! Great Location

We arrived at the Cozy Buffalo after we had been in 100 degree heat at Palo Dura Canyon. The house was nice and cool so we really appreciated that! I had already received check in information so getting into the house was a breeze. The house was clean and ready. We had 4 adults and 6 children with us. We put 2 people in one bedroom and 3 (one was a small child) in the bedroom with a king size bed. 4 of us slept in the additional room that is at the back of the house. That room was hard to cool off! We still needed to sleep one more person and finally found the blow-up beds in the floor of a closet. We used one of those beds and put it in the front living room. We found some sheets in another closet that was inside the add-on bedroom at the back of the house. Upon awakening the next morning, the blow-up bed was no longer inflated. Thankfully, the child sleeping on it was a deep sleeper. I did not see another place for a second blow-up bed. The second living area is bright and sunny, but with no curtains it would not work to sleep in there. The beds were comfortable. In the morning we walked a very short distance to a donut shop. We didn’t use the kitchen, only the fridge. The location of this VRBO for activities at WT or in Canyon area is great. I would caution with trying to sleep more than 8.

The Cozy Buffalo

There is a lot of room for everyone for sure! Very close to businesses and for shopping! Our group was very surprised at all the items that were included, including coffee and filters, coffee pods, and even the soap dispensers in the shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (one is a walk in shower) plus some water and snacks. Very convenient location and comfortable.

Cozy at the Cozy Buffalo

This is our second stay at the Cozy Buffalo. It is perfect for our small family and pets! Close to all of the activities we enjoy and great to have the big yard to unwind in at the end of each day!
