Sleeps 12 in three separate units, each unit has their own dock, this lakefront vacation property is perfect for families or friends who want to be together while having your own space. Each unit sleeps 4 people and is pet friendly.

Each unit includes 1 bedroom and 1 futon in the living room common area of the unit.
Each unit has one bathroom with shower
Each unit has Air Conditioning and Heating Bluetooth Stereo White Noise Machine (located in the bedroom)

Naples features an equipped Kitchenette that includes Mini-Fridge, Microwave, hot plates, toaster, drip coffee pot, toaster, pots pans, and dishes, and utensils.
Siena features an equipped kitchenette that includes Mini-Fridge, Microwave, hot plates, toaster, drip coffee pot, toaster, pots pans, and dishes, and utensils.
Venice features a kitchenette that includes a microwave, hot plates, full size fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils.

Pet Policy;
We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

FISHING
No fishing directly off docks. We like to provide a haven for our fish friends around our docks and don’t want tackle lost on our sandy bottom.
Ice Fishing: We have direct access to the frozen lake utilizing the stairs to the beach, please use caution

Gunstock skiing and tubing is 7 minutes away
Ice fishing, fishing derbies, and the winter carnival are just steps away.
