Simpático - a uniquely agreeable home in Alpine

Simpático is a two bedroom, two bath commercial building that has been converted into a rental home. Historically, Simpático was a local burger joint called Tiny's that was beloved by the Alpine community. Later it was converted to a massage studio by the current owner. While not the standard residential floorplan, Simpatico boasts two ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed, and another with a queen bed. A bonus room features a futon that can double as a tv room or an additional bedroom.

Guest will have access to the entire home minus a supply closet.

Simpático is on the west side of Alpine across the street from the post office. There is no off street parking. Guest must park on the side of the street in front of the home.

The kitchen area is a small galley kitchen with a laundry area in the back of the home. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

TV - There is not cable or satellite service. There is a smart TV and wifi for guest to login to their own apps to watch their favorite shows.
No pets, parties or event. Please no smoking of any kind inside home.
