This tiny home is a gem, with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, smart tv, and patio and grill to accommodate your needs while you rest between exploring all that is far West Texas!

Casa Pequena is located within close proximity to restaurants, art galleries, Sul Ross State University, and many places to grab a cold brew or glass of vino.

This home features a private bedroom with queen sized bed, the living room couch folds into a modern comfortable full-size bed (not like the old ones we all remember from
childhood).

The whole unit is yours and the dog park is available to you. On site private parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional space is available if needed.

This property located close to town and easily accessible. You will have to drive down a narrow paved road, and there are two speedbumps (slow down). The unit is located behind a privacy fence built from 100+ year old fence posts repurposed for esthetics and maximum privacy without loosing the view.

Cerca del Cielo has a gravel circular drive and private/dedicated parking outside the tiny house.

**No smoking in our tiny home please ! You will be charged an additional $100 if you decide to smoke in the home to cover cleaning expense.
**We can and will host your four-legged family member, but we’d like to know ahead of time. We’ll ask for a small cleaning upcharge ($20) and ask that you respect our pet play area by cleaning up after your pet. Please let us know in advance.
