The Physicians House, built in the Georgian period, originally formed part of the Duke of Northumberland estate before being sold to a renowned physician Robert Wilson Esq. MD; who was an instrumental figure, surgeon and writer who helped shape leading changes for workers at the time in Northumberland and the UK in the coal industry. The house rests in the heart of Alnwick, just 200 metres from the centre of this charming historic market town. The property holds many original artworks from local artists with some originals and prints available to purchase.

The Alnwick Garden is also an exciting visit with its spectacular interpretation of a formal garden, including the Grand Cascade waterfall, poison garden and largest tree house in Europe.
